When is the best time to book my Prom Session?
Believe it or not, NOT on Prom day! (Or the day before, or the day after lol) I highly recommend choosing a session date that is well in advance of your actual Prom date (if you already have your Prom attire), or a lot of people opt for after Prom is done. The time right around your event will be busy and full of extra things on your mind - having your session at an earlier or later date helps to alleviate pressure & will allow you to just relax and enjoy yourself!
*Due to the small window surrounding prom season, it is best to contact me as early as possible to ensure you secure a session date as space is limited! ***Booking prior to your Grad Year, or early on in the new year is a good idea!! A retainer fee will save your date in my calendar!***
What should I expect from my session?
Your graduation photos are more than just pictures; they’re a celebration of your hard work and achievements! Take this time to have a bit of a breather and twirl in that special dress, strut a little in that handsome tux & create some keepsake images that will showcase this unique experience (and most likely make your Mom all teary for the millionth time during Grad season). Cap & Gown images can be included as well if you prefer an outdoor backdrop!
Where will my session take place?
Nanaimo and surrounding areas have a never ending amount of stunning locations to use for your Prom Session! Ocean, forest, or golden field? We can discuss a spot that you love or has meaning to you, or I can provide you with a long list of my favorite locations to shoot at :)
What is required to book my session?
Please fill out the Inquiry form so I can contact you and we can chat about dates and details : ) A retainer fee is required to secure your date in my calendar - it is non-refundable but can be used towards a rescheduled or future session if for some reason your plans change. The remaining balance can be settled any time on or before your actual session date.
**Please inquire as early as possible to ensure availability, as there are a number of high schools in the area, each with several hundred Grads!**
Where are you located?
I am based out of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. BC :) I include all the way from Qualicum Beach to Ladysmith in my surrounding area for photography sessions. Are you from a further location on the Island? I have met families half-way or have travelled further with an additional mileage fee - contact me to discuss!
